What is the difference between audio and video intercoms?

An audio intercom lets you hear and speak to your visitor. A video intercom adds a picture. The right solution depends on your needs, the existing wiring and the type of building.

Can you upgrade an existing installation?

Yes, DM Technics also renovates and replaces existing installations. We first assess the current situation and discuss which components can stay and which need replacing.

Can I operate my system from my smartphone?

Compatible intercom and camera systems allow app control or viewing. This depends on the selected model, configuration and available connection. We explain the options when advising you.

What types of buildings does DM Technics work on?

We work on private homes, businesses and apartment buildings. Housing associations and property managers can also contact us for electrical work and specialist access systems.
